Who was the winners/losers in the NBA draft 2011?
Winners are Minnesota, Detroit and Charlotte for sure. The Rookie of the year award is going to either Derrick Williams or Kemba Walker guaranteed. The Loser Id have to say is the Raptors. They needed help now and passed on Kemba and Brandon Knight but will likely have to wait a year for Jonas Valanciunas.
