Do the Lakers need to do something before they end up like the Pistons?

I think if they go out with the same roster as last season, theyre going to get swept in the first round, and be forced to go into a painful rebuilding process. they need to just trade pau/lamar/artest. one of those three. bynum is the future and needs to stay. they should focus on getting derrick williams or josh smith. fix the team before its to late.
