Is my boyfriend full of it!?

I went into my bfs email without his permission an saw a dating website,when I click it I saw his profile an he had sent messages to girls saying stuff like there cute,giving them his number,saying they should meet up an saying hes looking for a serious commited relationship,Im so hurt by this because a week before I had found other stuff from a year ago! that I was surprised to find but tried to let it go,well this thing was only a few months ago that'd he joined the site an wrote that stuff to the girls! one being his friend because they kept matching them up an he joked about how they were perfect for eachother..I confronted him about this an he gave me the excuse that he didn't feel attractive an only did it so see how theyd respond back..he says he felt we were growing apart an just wanted to know he still had something to offer..what do you think? is he full of it? Im so hurt an angry..I told him its over though an he cried like a baby an kept begging me to forgive him an saying it didnt mean anything to him he was just doing it out of curiousity..I cant take all this though but I love him,he has complete control over me,someone please help..tell me what you think
