Job transfer discrimination (please read further)?

The first store where you worked that told you the transfer was approved apparently made a mistake. The manager of the second store does not have to hire you or give you a reason for the rejection. Move on, she doesn't want you for some reason. It may be discrimination but not the kind you can take legal action against.
